Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Meet Recruiters website, services, consultation booking platform, and all related features.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, booking a consultation, registering as an Expert, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Platform means the Meet Recruiters website and all related services.
- User means any individual using the Platform to browse, book, or participate in consultation sessions.
- Expert means an independent recruitment or talent acquisition professional approved by Meet Recruiters to provide consultation services through the Platform.
- Consultation means a scheduled one-on-one session between a User and an Expert.
- Booking means a confirmed reservation for a consultation through the Platform.
- Content means any text, images, documents, videos, reviews, profiles, messages, or other information made available on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
To use Meet Recruiters, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Meet Recruiters reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
Users and Experts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- promptly update any changes to your information;
- maintain the security of your account;
- notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Meet Recruiters reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or present security concerns.
5. Purpose of the Platform
Meet Recruiters provides an online marketplace that enables Users to connect with independent recruitment professionals for career-related consultation services.
Meet Recruiters:
- facilitates consultation bookings;
- provides access to verified Experts;
- manages payments and platform operations.
Meet Recruiters does not:
- guarantee interviews or employment;
- guarantee visa approval or immigration outcomes;
- act as an employer or employment agency;
- make hiring decisions on behalf of employers;
- guarantee the completeness, or effectiveness of any advice provided by Experts.
Users remain solely responsible for their career decisions and job applications.
6. Consultation Services
Consultations are provided exclusively by independent Experts.
Each Expert determines the professional advice they provide based on their experience and expertise.
Consultations are intended to provide guidance and professional insight and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, immigration, or psychological advice unless explicitly stated by a qualified professional.
To maintain service quality, support dispute resolution, and improve the Platform, Meet Recruiters may record consultation sessions.
Where required by law, all participants will be informed before a recording begins, and any legally required consent will be obtained.
Session recordings, where applicable, may be used for purposes including:
- Quality assurance and service improvement;
- Investigation of complaints or disputes;
- Operational review.
Participants may not independently record consultation sessions without the prior knowledge and consent of all participants.
Meet Recruiters will handle all recordings in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
7. Bookings and Payments
Consultation bookings must be completed through the recommended channels approved by the Platform.
Payment must be successfully processed before a booking is confirmed.
Prices displayed on the Platform may change from time to time without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent pricing changes.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.
8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Users may cancel or reschedule consultations in accordance with the Platform's Cancellation Policy.
Users are responsible for attending consultations at the scheduled date and time. Experts will remain available for up to fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled start time. If the User fails to join within this period, the consultation may be classified as a Client No-Show and handled in accordance with the Platform's Cancellation Policy.
If a User joins a consultation after the scheduled start time, the consultation will continue only for the remaining scheduled duration. Experts are not obligated to extend the consultation beyond its scheduled end time. Any extension remains entirely at the Expert's discretion and subject to their availability.
Meet Recruiters reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution for cancellations, late arrivals, and no-show situations.
9. Ratings and Reviews
Following a completed consultation, Users may submit ratings and reviews based on their experience.
Reviews must be honest, respectful, and free from defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or offensive content.
Meet Recruiters reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these Terms.
Ratings may be considered as part of the Expert performance evaluation process.
10. Independent Experts
Experts providing services through Meet Recruiters are independent contractors.
Nothing within these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between Meet Recruiters and any Expert.
Experts remain solely responsible for:
- applicable taxes;
- invoicing obligations;
- business registrations;
- compliance with local laws.
11. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- treat Experts respectfully;
- provide accurate information when requesting consultations;
- attend booked sessions on time;
- refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior;
- avoid recording consultations without prior consent from all participants;
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
12. Expert Responsibilities
Experts agree to:
- provide professional consultation services in good faith;
- maintain confidentiality where appropriate;
- attend scheduled consultations punctually;
- maintain accurate and updated profile information;
- comply with the Collaboration Agreement and Platform policies;
- avoid misleading claims regarding qualifications or outcomes.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Meet Recruiters, including but not limited to its website, branding, logo, graphics, documents, software, content, and design, remains the exclusive property of Meet Recruiters or its licensors (Padideh Ahmadi and Atefe Pasha).
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Experts retain ownership of their own professional content while granting Meet Recruiters a non-exclusive license to display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
14. Platform Rights
Meet Recruiters reserves the right to:
- approve or reject Expert applications;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- investigate complaints;
- verify professional information;
- modify Platform features;
- update pricing structures;
- refuse service where necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Recruiters shall not be liable for:
- employment outcomes;
- hiring decisions made by employers;
- visa or immigration decisions;
- salary negotiations;
- advice provided by independent Experts;
- technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Users acknowledge that consultation services are advisory in nature and that all career decisions remain their own responsibility.
16. Indemnification
Users and Experts agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet Recruiters, its Platform Owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- violation of these Terms;
- misuse of the Platform;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- unlawful conduct.
17. Suspension and Termination
Meet Recruiters may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion where:
- these Terms are violated;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- platform security is compromised;
- continued participation may negatively affect the Platform or its users.
Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature survive termination.
18. Force Majeure
Meet Recruiters shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
19. Changes to These Terms
Meet Recruiters may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes shall be submitted to the agreed competent court.
