I hold bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Labor & Employment Relations from Penn State University, alongside an MSc in Human Resource Management from University College Cork. My professional journey began in recruitment, starting with campus recruitment in the United States in 2017 before moving into corporate recruitment within a multinational fintech organisation in 2019. Although recruitment was my entry point into HR and is currently an integral part of my role, my experience has since expanded across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR. This broader perspective allows me to look beyond helping candidates secure a role; I understand what organisations look for, what enables employees to thrive, and what supports long-term career progression. Having worked across the United States, Iran, and Ireland with colleagues and candidates representing more than 60 nationalities, I've developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of international careers and multicultural workplaces. My experience spans the HR, technology and financial services, giving me insight into a wide range of industries, hiring practices, and career paths.
