With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Counselling and hands-on experience in international HR and Talent Acquisition, I bring together two perspectives that job seekers rarely see at the same time: how hiring decisions are actually made and how careers develop. I progressed from HR Generalist to HR & Talent Acquisition Lead in Hungary, taking ownership of full-cycle recruitment for internal teams and more than 10 partner companies across Europe within SMEs and multi-entity businesses. Over the past several years, I have conducted more than 500 career consultations and built a community of over 29,000 followers through practical career and job-search guidance. I am also the founder of Meet Recruiters, created to give job seekers direct access to experienced recruitment professionals and real hiring-market insight. I use this combined experience to help job seekers see their profiles through a recruiter’s eyes. I have worked closely with company lawyers and external immigration partners to coordinate residence-permit processes for candidates in Europe. My primary jurisdiction is Hungary, where my experience includes document preparation, employer coordination, relocation planning, application timelines, and communication between candidates, companies, and legal advisers.
